In this small-group mentorship session, we had the opportunity to talk with Gwyneth and ask her questions about entrepreneurship.

• People like what they are comfortable with.  Challenge that!

• Balance your social and profit goals through "conscious capitalism" (capitalism done responsibility).

• There is great power in a niche.  You can't resonate and grow trying to be all things to all people. 

• Clearly define WHY you exist. 

• You can't fail if you hold your vision close and LEAN IN.
